I understand that if I ask AIS INTERNATIONAL GROUP to undertake an international criminal history check for me:

AIS INTERNATIONAL GROUP will provide to AHPRA my complete criminal history outside Australia, including resolved and unresolved charges, convictions for offences (including spent convictions and unrecorded convictions), and every plea of guilty or finding of guilt by a court for an offence;
the National Health Practitioner Board (Board) from which I seek registration (or its delegate) may take this criminal history into account when making a decision on my application for registration and managing my continued registration (including, for example, by refusing my application or imposing conditions on my registration); and
AHPRA and the Board may use and disclose my personal information as explained in the privacy collection statement relevant to my application, which I have read and is available HERE
If you do not select Yes, you cannot apply to AIS INTERNATIONAL GROUP for an international criminal history check. You will have to obtain this check by other means to complete your application for registration.
